Reporting to the Project Manager, your role will involve maintaining schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across various projects. This cooperative position requires interaction with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily project execution and document management
• Assist with cost forecasting and project reporting
• Maintain project drawings, specifications,



and change orders
• Contribute to health and safety standards on-site
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders for effective communication
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or a related area
• 3-5 years of relevant project experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
• Knowledge of construction processes and compliance
