The role begins in September 2026 and extends through September 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather pertinent information on participants’ needs • Support participants in developing life skills and emotional resilience • Lead educational group sessions on neurodevelopment • Collaborate with case management teams regularly • Maintain records and provide progress updates
Requirements: • Two-year diploma in a relevant field essential • Minimum one year of related experience needed • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills essential • Must have a valid Class 5 and 7N B.C. Driver's License • Background check is required
