We’re looking for a Baker to join our bakery team in Gibsons. If you have baking experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing great food, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery products
Mix, scale, shape, proof, and bake as part of daily production
Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
Help keep production organized and on schedule
Assist with ingredient inventory and ordering as needed
Keep the bakery clean, safe, and well organized
Contribute ideas and help with new products

What We're Looking For
Previous bakery or commercial baking experience preferred
Good practical baking skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning different areas of bakery production




Personable and skilled
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
