Customer Service Specialist - Lead Generation and Sales
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST)

Salary $600 (NOT commission based)
Qualifications
Requirements/Skills
English level - C1, native or near-native speakers
French level - C1, native or near-native speakers
Decent Computer/Laptop with fast, secure internet connection and quiet working workplace
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Experience with cold calling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong project and time management skills
Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Additional Information
Responsibilities & duties:
Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a robust knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
