What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting families with warmth, confidence, and a smile that says you’re in positive hands
Giving tours to current families and helping them feel comfortable
Booking classes, processing payments, and managing registrations
Answering phone calls and emails with clarity and care
Solving issues quickly and calmly
Managing family accounts in our systems
Helping families choose the right program for their swimmer
Keeping the facility clean, organized, and ready for action
Supporting the team with a Whatever It Takes mindset

Preferred Experience
1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Certifications
Standard First Aid (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
Vulnerable Sector Check (if applicable)
