They will be hands-on providing supervision and ensuring accuracy of maintenance activities being carried out with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.OperationsResponsible for control of the Avionics Shop and proceduresInstructing subordinates in company policies, working methods, safe working practices, maintenance procedures and follow-up to ensure compliance with orders regulations and conformity to standardsMaintaining a close liaison with the Director of Maintenance, regarding scheduled maintenance for AvionicsSubmitting reports to the Vice President Maintenance regarding the degree of efficiency and working conditions within the Avionics ShopStudying material and component requirements and arranging for adequate inventories of stocks, spares, equipment, tools, etc., to meet varying demands of the Avionics ShopAssisting with and supporting all policies and procedures in regard to the Calm Air SMS Program, as outlined in the Safety Management Manual,
