The Financial Empowerment team needs a Social Worker to contribute through client counselling, financial education, and tax filing assistance. You will be a key player in the Tax Clinic and develop workshops that enhance financial literacy. Provide financial counselling for client caseloads
Assist clients with government perks applications
Prepare income tax returns and adjustments
Oversee operations of Tax Clinic and volunteers
Develop and facilitate financial literacy workshops Requirements:
BSW or MSW, Registered Social Worker status
Minimum 2 years of case management experience
Knowledge of financial regulations and resources
Experience in delivering educational workshops
