Key Responsibilities
Lead education and training programs for care staff
Promote a person- and family-centered care culture
Monitor compliance with BCs health regulations and safety standards
Mentor nurses and support team leaders in clinical best practices
Oversee incident reporting, infection control, and emergency readiness
Actively participate in quality improvement and accreditation efforts





Qualifications
Active LPN license (BCCNP) in British Columbia
5+ years of experience in gerontology or long-term care
Solid leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Knowledge of relevant health legislation and clinical standards
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
