We are currently looking to hire a Client Support Specialist for our growing sales division. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and advocating the company’s resume writing services to prospective and/or existing customers. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required and will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Accountabilities:
Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls




Promote and recommend professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs
Work with current customers to manage the full onboarding process and all registrations
Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries
Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales/service role
Solid listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Pass success in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to be successful in a dynamic, adaptable, and continually changing environment
