What You'll Do In this role, you'll speak directly with families and guide them through their available benefits in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. You'll be helping people make informed decisions while keeping the process smooth and professional.
Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) to review their benefit options
Complete and manage all required documentation accurately
Stay in touch with clients to build strong, ongoing relationships
Work alongside your team to improve workflows and client experience
What You'll Need
Legal authorization to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a bonus)
Experience in customer service or working with people is helpful, but not required
