Dare Foods is seeking a Plant Financial Analyst responsible for assessing and reporting the financials of our Cambridge facility. This onsite role focuses on operational performance analysis and cost evaluation to enhance plant efficiency.
As a key member of the Operations team, you'll analyze production efficiencies while collaborating with various departments. Your role will involve preparing reports, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable insights to boost financial stability. You’ll also track budgets and assist with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports • Analyze production efficiency, labour, downtime,
and yield metrics • Support plant management with data-driven recommendations • Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies • Collaborate across teams for capital projects and operational improvements
Requirements: • 2 to 5 years experience in manufacturing or financial analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with ERP systems like SAP preferred • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
