Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance resident satisfaction through excellent service and maintenance. This onsite role in Toronto includes proactive repairs and fosters community well-being. As part of Tricon, you'll play a vital role in ensuring well-maintained homes and common areas at Canary Landing. Reporting to the site team, you will address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold high-quality standards. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs is key to maintaining our properties. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
Perform repairs, including plumbing and electrical tasks
Proactively inspect building systems and common areas
Keep residents informed throughout repair processes
Maintain accurate records of service requests and work completed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on experience in building maintenance repairs
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with changing priorities
