Duration: 1 Year (Contract to hire)

Assisting clients in resolution of complex cases

Qualifications

:
Case Manager, Toronto, ON Claims adjudication Case management of STD and LTD claims assisting clients in resolution of complex cases Absence Management Return to work coordination communication with health care providers Rehabilitation Specialist, Toronto, ON Track, analyze and present the quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders.
Develop Gradual Return to Work Plans.
Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members,



physicians and other health care skilled.
Develop, monitor and implement cutting-edge vocational rehabilitations services and goal orientated rehabilitations plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability advantages.
Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers.
Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants. Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports outlining recommendations.
Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Manulife Financial. Deliver web based presentations to National Rehab team on the topic of Effective Communication.
