A developer is growing their internal architectural team and is in need of a Project Lead to assist with mid and high rise residential projects from A-Z.
work together closely with principal architect to develop feasibility studies, SD, DD of mid and high rise projects
will supervise the completion of construction documents
prepare and submit rezoning and SPA packages and coordinate with the city of Toronto for approvals
use multiple softwares to produce presentation materials including plans, elevations, renderings to graphically present design intent
coordinate with all consultants to move project forward
research and compare various products and materials in collaborations with development team to incorporate current technologies and emerging design trends
participate in project meetings internally and externally




liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure market demands are being considered from an early stage in design
collaborate with project team in planning work and developing solutions to technical problems in effort to optimize construction process
communicate clearly and professionally internally and externally

This company is moving towards working in the office full time. Interested candidates should be eager to work in office with the team, understanding there is some flexibility to work from home occasionally. Office located in midtown Toronto.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
fluency in Revit, experience in starting a project from 0 in Revit and carrying it through to completion
minimum 5 high-rise residential projects completed locally
proven experience managing relationships with MEP and other outside consultants
