Position Overview

The Business Development Specialist supports Falcon’s continued growth by engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and coordinating introductory meetings with advisors. This in-office role works closely with advisors, marketing, and leadership to ensure a consistent and professional prospect experience.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person coordination
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess alignment with Falcon’s services
Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and advisors
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Partner with advisors, marketing, and leadership on business development initiatives
Adhere to compliance standards within a regulated financial services environment
Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress
Support additional business development projects as assigned





Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, client service, or a related role
Financial services, wealth management, or professional services experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in an in-office, team-oriented environment
Proficient with CRM tools and basic reporting
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
