In this role, you will report to the Facilities Manager and perform vital maintenance duties that ensure an optimal working environment. Candidates should be adept at minor repairs and routine maintenance, showcasing an ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. You will also coordinate with contractors and manage procurement for maintenance supplies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain the operational efficiency of building systems • Conduct property maintenance tasks and waste removal • Perform minor repairs including plumbing and electrical • Execute preventive maintenance on equipment • Facilitate project coordination with various trades

Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities operations • Knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing • Valid Class 5 driver’s license • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Willingness to engage in shift work and on-call duties
