We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Technician to join our team.This role sits at the intersection of quality and repair — you’ll be the who figures out why something failed and ensures it doesn’t happen again.Your work directly supports our customers and keeps our production line running clean.This is a fully bilingual role. You must be fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to be considered.What You’ll DoCustomer RMA Failure AnalysisReceive, log, and triage customer‑returned units from RMA claimsPerform troubleshooting according to SOPConducted functionality testing using multiple test stations to ensure product integrity.Diagnose and rework PCBs using soldering and rework techniques (through‑hole and SMD), including component‑level replacementSkilled in mechanical tool operation, including the use of hand tools, torque drivers, and precision measuring equipment.Knowledge of IPC class 2 standards (Desirable)GeneralMaintain accurate records in the quality management systemFollow SOPs, work instructions,



and ESD handling protocolsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the floorRequirements2+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or test Proficient in PCB soldering and rework (SMD and through‑hole); IPC‑7711/7721 certification is a plusExperience performing failure analysis and writing FA reports Comfortable reading schematics, BOMs, and work instructionsFamiliarity with test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power suppliesStrong attention to detail and methodical troubleshooting approachAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersFully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) — requiredNice to HaveExperience with battery management systems or electromechanical assembliesBackground in consumer electronics, EV, or mobility hardwareExperience with Jira or ticket systems Experience with Google sheets or excelFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
