Lead and support the ER RVT team during shifts
Mentor and train new team members and students
Ensure compliance with hospital care standards
Collaborate on improving workflow and operational practices
Maintain team engagement in a demanding workplace Requirements:
RVT credentials in positive standing with OAVT
Minimum of 3 years in emergency veterinary care preferred
