About the Role:

We’re seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a high-growth team in the Commercial Insurance sector. Your primary responsibility will be to set up qualified meetings for the Account team by targeting key decision-makers such as CEOs and CFOs in mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses. This is a phone-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach and strategic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and book meetings for the Account team
Use provided tools and marketing materials to target and engage commercial accounts
Leverage Commercial Lists to identify and approach high-value prospects (e.g., CEOs, CFOs)
Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-up using CRM and sales platforms
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership




Contribute to the team’s continued growth in sectors such as Healthcare, Construction, Real Estate, and Manufacturing
