Join Southbridge as a Dietitian in agile food services at Southbridge Lakehead and Roseview. This full time role focuses on enhancing residents’ dining experiences and nutrition care. You'll play a critical role in assessing and planning nutrition strategies tailored to resident needs. Your collaboration with the interdisciplinary team will ensure effective nutritional care and education for both residents and staff. This position requires a passion for geriatrics as you contribute to the wellness of the community. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on nutrition and hydration program needs
Complete individual assessments for nutritional care
Design and assess nutrition care plans for residents
Facilitate communication with the Food Service Manager
Educate families about nutrition interventions Requirements:
Must be a Registered Dietitian in Ontario
Familiarity with RAI MDS 2.0 is desirable
Solid time management and organizational skills
Effective communication skills essential
