Elevate the customer experience at the Leah Posluns Theatre as a Front of House Associate with the Jewish Community Centre. This part time role focuses on event coordination and guest relations during evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and enthusiasm to our theatre operations. You’ll welcome guests, manage events, and ensure the safety of attendees. Your contributions will enhance our community offerings and support our mission to engage over 75,000 individuals each year. Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for theatre renters
Supervise event logistics and setups
Respond to audience inquiries and concerns
Support marketing and promotion of events
Aid in the management of event-related volunteers Requirements:
One year of customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with audio/visual equipment is a plus
Passion for Jewish programming and community
