Our prominent client is looking for seasoned techno-functional Business Analyst for a 6 month contract to begin with possibility of extension for a company wide HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, analyze and optimize HR system performance
Requirements gathering, meeting with all relevant stakeholders to understand HR needs and efficiently implement into systems
Implement relevant processes and systems in relevant sectors: payroll, workday, etc
Enforce procedure compliance

Requirements

Must haves:
5+ years hands on experience in similar HRIS role, ideally have worked with Workday implementation, reporting experience
Must currently reside inside Ontario, Canada and be legally allowed to work in Canada
Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
