Job title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst

The Business Analyst / Data Analyst will perform various functions, including, but not limited to, assisting the ISIMI Problem Management Team to perform root cause / data analysis research to identify incident trending and initial identification of risk gaps, assist with creation of root cause analysis results shown via various methods, such as Fishbone Cause & Effect charts, pivots, etc. The individual will also assist in compiling PowerPoint decks with direction oversight from Program lead, SharePoint / database ongoing updates, and assist with reporting where applicable.

Qualifications and Primary Responsibilities
Must have minimum of 5 years
experience working in program management / a project team in a risk management setting
Intermediate / High skill Level
Excellent Attention to Detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to take direction; comfortable with a trust but verify management style
Ability to work individually or with a team of SMEs
Working Knowledge of data modeling techniques / data gathering & evaluation
Strategic problem solver who quickly identifies strengths,



weaknesses, and prospects for efficiencies to deliver immediate and long-term improvements
Addressing feasibility limitations, gaps, and deterrents to progress
Experience eliciting business requirements from end users and SMEs (technical and non-technical resources) to write business requirements documents and how-to procedure guides
Brings a passion for problem-solving, agile method, and providing stakeholder visibility into iterative results

JIRA / KANBANs#Process Flows / Swim lanes, etc.
Gantt Charts / Timelines Views
Procedure Writing
Microsoft PowerBI experience for reporting or the passion to learn
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint

Understanding of Agile Project Management
SharePoint Development
Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
Process Analysis & Optimization. Lean or Six Sigma Analysis
Background or knowledge in Insider Threat and Cyber Analytics
