Manage and maintain financial records and bookkeeping systems for the company.
Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Prepare and maintain various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and invoicing.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to support other financial tasks and projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
