The YMCA is actively looking for dedicated Enhancement Educators (Non-RECE) to join our team. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment for school-age children and assist fellow educators in implementing engaging programs. Responsibilities include administering medication, supporting child development documentation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning engaging child-centered programs • Maintain cleanliness and safety in activity areas • Administer medication to children as needed • Observe and communicate child development observations • Foster teamwork among staff members

Requirements: • At least 18 years old • Current First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification • College degree preferred but not mandatory • Knowledge of Child Care Early Years Act is an asset • Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check within 90 days
