PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As a Driver in our Automotive Compound, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and qualified handling of new and used automobiles within a high-paced operational environment. This position involves hands‑on work, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety standards while supporting critical transportation and inventory processes.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Safely load and unload motor vehicles to and from multi-level railcars
- Install and remove wheel restraints on vehicles positioned on railcars
- Shuttle vehicles within the facility to designated areas
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles for damage and accurately report findings
- Climb ladders to access railcars and install steel bridge plates (approx. 40 lbs) between railcars
- Follow all work instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance and operational excellence

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or general equivalency
- Minimum2 years of driving experience
- Ability to workrotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license




- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to approximately 14 feet
- Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions is required
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as small as 5 feet high
- Able to sustain physical work on a daily basis
