• Assess and evaluate patient needs for care planning • Implement care plans to achieve positive patient outcomes • Collaborate with registered nurses for patient support • Deliver independent nursing care for stable patients • Engage in continuous patient evaluation and documentation

Requirements: • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and licensed in Nova Scotia • Proven clinical care skills and effective communication • Current BCLS (Level C) Certification essential • Complete pharmacology and assessment certification • Knowledge of multiple languages, especially French, is a plus
