The Food & Beverage Department is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to assist in overseeing the Club’s banquet events. This role works closely with the entire Food & Beverage team, particularly the Catering Manager, to ensure the seamless execution of all functions. During slower periods, the role will also include regular serving duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee banquet events to ensure smooth and successful execution
Act as the primary point of contact for event conveners during functions
Lead, motivate, and support banquet staff throughout events
Assist with training and development of team members
Ensure all staff are informed of event details and adhere to Club service standards
Make real-time decisions to maintain service quality and event flow
Complete end-of-night procedures, including closing functions and ensuring accurate billing
Verify server cash-outs for accuracy
Lock and secure the building at the end of events
Perform additional duties as required
