Position Overview

We are expanding our remote operations and are seeking reliable, people-oriented individuals to join our customer-facing team. This role focuses on assisting members who have requested information, providing clear guidance, and delivering a high standard of virtual service. Core Responsibilities
Make and receive phone calls with members who have requested information
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations




Explain program options clearly through online platforms
Assist with digital applications and required documentation
Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records
Follow quality control procedures and internal guidelines
Participate in leadership and professional development training
