Join Heart & Stroke remotely as an Emergency Cardiovascular Care Specialist. This 12-month contract involves managing resuscitation training initiatives throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
You will play a vital role in enhancing emergency cardiovascular care by supporting the Resuscitation Program Manager. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement and compliance oversight to ensure successful resuscitation training delivery.
This role will require strategic thinking and collaboration with internal teams to promote program growth and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster relationships with training partners and instructors
Uphold resuscitation program standards and compliance
Resolve program quality issues efficiently
Analyze performance data to inform program decisions
Represent Heart & Stroke at regional engagements
Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in customer service or project management
Familiarity with resuscitation training systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in health care or not-for-profit sectors a plus
Contribute to meaningful changes in emergency response training across Canada.
