What you'll own:
Run shifts like a pro — lead a team of 3–30 and keep the store humming
Oversee operations: cost control, inventory, cash handling, and the customer experience
Jump in anywhere — orders, prep, register, and the floor — and set the standard

What we're looking for:
1+ year of food & beverage leadership experience in Canada
Robust organization and multitasking under pressure
A natural motivator who can coach a team in a fast-paced environment
Availability across evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive, professional attitude and the drive to move up
