Wawanesa is looking for a strategic leader to guide the D2M pricing strategy with a solid foundation of 10 years in insurance pricing. This role necessitates collaboration with various departments and a focus on implementing cutting-edge analytics frameworks for improved portfolio performance. A deep understanding of predictive analytics will be critical in achieving these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pricing strategy for insurance/non-insurance products • Create and oversee advanced pricing models incorporating AI • Establish governance for pricing model compliance • Monitor competitor and market activity to inform pricing decisions • Mentor and develop the pricing team for optimal performance
Requirements: • At least 10 years in insurance pricing; leadership is key • Degree in Actuarial Mathematics or similar; actuarial designation preferred • Strong skills in predictive analytics and modeling • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities • Proven ability to effect change and drive results
