Position Summary The AI Toolset Analyst I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting Framewerx’s AI-first initiatives across internal and client-facing environments. This position plays a critical role in the ongoing training, evaluation, and improvement of AI-driven tools and automations. The analyst will assist in ensuring tools remain accurate, helpful, and aligned to their intended business purpose by reviewing output quality, collecting feedback, and maintaining supporting documentation.
This role is well-suited for someone organized, curious, and eager to build a long-term career in the practical application of AI.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in training AI tools and models by executing defined feedback and input workflows
Monitor the accuracy, behavior, and outcomes of AI tools and flag potential drift
Document recurring tool issues, unexpected behaviors, and usage trends
Support internal departments and client engagements with AI tool analysis
Help vet, test, and provide feedback on recent AI applications and emerging platforms
Maintain logs and records of tool revisions, evaluation criteria, and outcomes
Contribute to standardized procedures for implementing and managing AI solutions
Collaborate closely with senior AI analysts and technical teams
Qualifications and Skills
2-year diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related technical field
OR 2+ years experience in a technical, operational, or analytical support role
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Comfort with structured processes and the ability to work independently when required
Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
Solid written communication and an ability to translate tool behavior into clear feedback
Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Teams, SharePoint)
A growth mindset with curiosity about automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies
Work Environment and Expectations
Full-time onsite position at the Acheson office
Occasional collaboration with remote staff via Teams and other platforms
Hands-on learning and mentorship with senior AI enablement staff
Participation in cross-functional projects involving multiple departments
Expected to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
