The Company is seeking a current Head of School to lead its pluralistic Jewish day school, which serves a diverse community of 550 students from various Jewish backgrounds and learning styles. The successful candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, capable of partnering with the Board to develop and implement the school's next strategic plan.
A deep and meaningful engagement with Jewish life is essential, as the Head will be responsible for ensuring that the school's Jewish education reflects the same rigor and excellence as its academic and co-curricular programs. The role demands a charismatic and approachable leader, with a proven track record of building trust and collaboration, setting high expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability.
The Head will also be a key figure in the broader Jewish community,
and their decisions must consider the best interests of both the school and the community it serves.
Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should possess a range of qualifications and personal attributes. These include a leadership presence with a CEO mentality, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with and welcome all members of the school and the Jewish community.
