Key Responsibilities:
Set up and dismantle concrete forms
Pour concrete accurately into molds
Load and unload materials for production
Operate forklifts, lift trucks, and overhead cranes
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
Experience with power tools and measuring tapes
Forklift certification or willingness to train
Strong reliability and attendance record
