Diploma or degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology, Water & Wastewater Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
TSSA-recognized Power Engineer Certificate (3rd or 2nd) Class.
Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification (Class II–IV) or eligibility to obtain.
Additional training in confined space, WHMIS, and process safety is an asset.
5–10 years experience in industrial wastewater treatment, utilities, or power plant operations.
Supervisory/leadership experience in a unionized or industrial setting.
Experience with SCADA/DCS control systems and process optimization.
Robust understanding of environmental regulations, boiler safety codes, and reliability practices.
