The MMF is searching for multiple Early Childhood Educator III professionals to support Child Care Centres. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating a protected, nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and understanding of their culture.

Your experience will shape how children learn to resolve conflicts while engaging in environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a pleasant and nurturing learning setting
Uphold health and safety standards for all children




Encourage children to engage with environmental stewardship
Guide children in expressing feelings appropriately
Participate in monthly staff meetings for team collaboration

Requirements:
ECE III Diploma or equivalent certification
Minimum two years of experience in education
Relevant First Aid/CPR certification
Transparent vulnerability and criminal record checks
Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
