Key Responsibilities:
Instruct groups and individuals on ski/snowboard techniques
Lead guests to advanced mountain terrain
Conduct instructor training and development initiatives
Stay compliant with safety guidelines and regulations
Actively participate in team collaboration across departments
Requirements:
Certification as Level 4 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS required
Background in teaching advanced skiing essential
Demonstrated experience with children and families
Excellent verbal and written communication
Committed and reliable with a fun approach
