Job Duties include:
Organize and coordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
Operate farm equipment and machinery to till, soil, plant, cultivate, apply fertilizer/pesticides and harvest crops.
Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop related operations
Perform other farming duties as required.
Utilize data collection and digital technology tools and equipment to enhance the sustainability of the farm
Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm machinery operators and farm labourers.
Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
