Track leave usage and maintain audit-ready records
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years administering leave programs
Experience with ADA accommodations and workers' compensation
High-volume leave claims management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Associate's degree preferred in HR or perks field
