As part of Englobe’s Mechanical Team, you'll provide leadership in developing and executing building engineering projects focused on sustainable and energy-efficient designs. This position emphasizes mentorship, client engagement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to achieve project goals. You will play a key role in the technical aspects of project deliveries while supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design of HVAC and mechanical systems in buildings
Mentor junior engineers and foster team collaboration
Develop and review technical documentation and designs
Coordinate with diverse stakeholders for project execution
Engage in networking and proposal efforts for new business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in design
P.Eng. designation preferred
Strong command of industry standards and best practices
Bilingualism is advantageous
