Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Data Specialist will be responsible for building a comprehensive data architecture. As this is a brand-new role within the web team, you will have the unique chance to shape it from the ground up in collaboration with the Technology and Digital teams, fulfilling a key need within the broader Linen Chest family.

Develop and implement robust ETL processes that consolidate multiple data sources
Design and maintain an productive and scalable data architecture
Participate in platform transitions to ensure proper data governance and a solid data framework
Advise and create dashboards for various web-related teams and other departments
Qualifications
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) for building dashboards, transforming data, programming,
and connecting diverse data sources
Proven experience with ETL processes/tools and data warehousing
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications
Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including complex query writing
Knowledge of data security and governance best practices
Strong cooperative mindset and ability to address diverse stakeholder needs
(Asset) Experience in programming with REST APIs or similar technologies
