At Altea Active, we are seeking a full-time Member Engagement Associate to ensure our members receive a five-star experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Engage with guests to meet their needs, assist with inquiries, and maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members warmly and assist with inquiries
• Answer questions about fitness schedules and services
• Process day passes for prospective clients




• Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and cafe
• Update member records in CRM software

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in customer service
• Post-secondary education in health and fitness (asset)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to conduct a Criminal Background Check
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
