Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Agile values and methodologies for effective team performance
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain team dynamics

• Track and coach teams toward higher performance levels

Requirements:
• 2-5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred
• Experience in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks a plus
• Excellent communication skills in various settings
