Lead the strategic and operational management of a team selling financial products and services
Build and maintain long‑term business relationships with members and clients
Develop and monitor a business plan addressing priorities, challenges and objectives
Ensure sector performance and sound, prudent risk management
Follow up on results and manage department performance
Support the immediate supervisor in developing business strategies aligned with Desjardins's strategic priorities
Ensure service quality, business relationships and the member/client experience
Implement and monitor action plans to achieve target results
Establish management and communication practices supporting talent acquisition, talent management, team synergy and change management
Lead, coach and motivate team members to develop skills, increase engagement and empower employees
Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offering with partnerships across the organization
Ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement, and increase profitability
Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization's community presence

Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
