Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain the integrity of painted surfaces
• Apply various coatings and maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Operate paint application tools and equipment effectively
• Assist in the upkeep and operation of facilities
• Engage in snow clearance as needed during winter months

Requirements:
• Valid Certification of Apprenticeship preferred or relevant experience
• Clear Ontario Driver’s license with yearly renewal
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes
• Ability to collaborate with other trades when necessary
