• Manage all aspects of customer relationship management
• Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead internal teams to resolve performance gaps
• Oversee engineering change notifications (ECNs)
• Collaborate on cost and budget management initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
• Minimum five years in project management roles
• Direct experience with North American OEM customers
• Knowledge of quality planning and CAD interpretation
• Preferred experience in aluminum alloy extrusion or die-casting
