Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will excel in planning and implementing creative recreational activities that address the complex needs of seniors. Key skills include leadership, creativity, and a strong understanding of community and resident care. You will utilize the Welbi platform to keep residents engaged and involved in program development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement resident-focused recreational programs
• Assess individual resident needs and tailor care plans
• Supervise team members in daily activities




• Facilitate monthly town hall and Residents’ Council meetings
• Manage the recreational department budget

Requirements:
• Community college diploma/university degree in recreation preferred
• Experience with seniors in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and community services
• Valid driver's license and clean vulnerability screening
