As part of Here 24/7, the Crisis Response Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health and addictions crises. Your expertise in immediate assessment and referral mechanisms will ensure that help reaches those in need. This position combines both in office and remote work, depending on service requirements and individual cases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to crises both on-site and remotely
• Provide mobile crisis services to stabilize urgent situations
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis




• Connect with local services and provide referrals
• Follow up with individuals awaiting services

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in health or social science
• 3+ years of crisis intervention experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
