Join XPRIZE Canada Hub as a Strategic Partnerships Manager and play a vital role in building impactful collaborations that drive innovation. This full time position focuses on key partnerships across various sectors.

Located at the University of Calgary, the Partnerships Manager oversees the development and execution of strategy for partnering within the innovation ecosystem. This includes identifying key partners, negotiating strategic alliances, and ensuring sustainable engagement that adds value to Canadian participants in XPRIZE competitions. Your leadership will help secure vital resources and connections for emerging innovators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement partnership strategy aligned with Hub goals
• Negotiate high-value, multifaceted agreements with key stakeholders




• Maintain and grow active partnerships to ensure value delivery
• Assess the partnership portfolio for strategic opportunities
• Develop new connections to broaden ecosystem reach

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree, master's preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships
• Proven ability to negotiate significant partnership agreements
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM tools for partnership tracking
